Shipping & FAQ
Every order is packed by hand in my studio in Korea and shipped worldwide with tracking.
Shipping
- Orders ship within one week of payment, by EMS, the international express service of Korea Post.
- One shipping fee per order, however many items you buy. The fee depends on the destination and is shown in the cart once you choose your country.
- Delivery usually takes about one to two weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination and on customs.
- Once your order ships, the tracking number appears in MY ORDER and in your PayPal order details.
Packaging
- Posters are rolled in protective paper and bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
- Posters ship unframed.
- Original works are wrapped in protective layers and packed securely for the journey.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: orders ship duty-paid. Duties are included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
- All other countries: import duties and taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by your local post or customs office on delivery. Amounts vary by country.
Returns and damage
As each work is a limited edition or a unique piece, returns are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and I will arrange a refund once the damage is confirmed.
Payment
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Pay with PayPal or with a credit or debit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
FAQ
Are the posters signed?
Yes. Each poster is signed and numbered by hand, in editions of 300.
Can I buy a work that is not in the shop?
Many works shown on this site are available by inquiry. Please write to nu-layer@naver.com with the title of the work.
Can I order several items together?
Yes. Add everything to the cart and check out once; you pay a single shipping fee for the whole order.
How do I contact you about my order?
Email nu-layer@naver.com with your order number. You can also check your order status in MY ORDER.
